Questions

Pricing FAQ

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Professional is billed monthly and can be canceled from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and your progress is never deleted.

Is the catalog really free?

Yes. Every catalog series is included on all plans, including Starter, and episode 1 of each can be read without an account.

How does the release schedule work?

On the daily schedule, the next episode is released 20 hours after you complete the previous one, so you can keep a similar time each day. Daily pacing is the recommended default. Professional members can switch a series to binge mode for deadlines or revision.

How long does an episode take?

About seven minutes including the three-question quiz. Five-minute and ten-minute formats are available when you create a series; ten-minute episodes require Professional.

Are there usage limits?

To keep production fair for everyone, each account can start up to 12 episode or season productions in any 24 hours on Starter, and 60 on Professional, retries included. Normal daily learning stays far below this. On Starter, a deleted series still counts toward that month's two.

What happens to my series if I downgrade?

Your series and progress remain. Releases return to the daily schedule, and creating new series follows the Starter limits.

How does Teams pricing work?

Teams is in early access and priced per seat on an annual agreement. Contact sales for a proposal.
